• Program description: We send transactional messages relating to your own loan file, including loan status updates, document requests, and appointment reminders. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
• How to opt in: You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our application or quick intake form and providing your mobile number. The box is unchecked by default. Consent is not a condition of applying for a loan or of receiving any service from us.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on the activity on your loan file.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages themselves; charges depend on your plan with your mobile carrier.
• How to opt out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages. You may also ask us to remove your number by calling (301) 500-0134.
• Help: Reply HELP to any message, or call us at (301) 500-0134.
• Carriers: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by your carrier, device, or coverage.
